I do not think that would be the case Mr Gastin .
The road would have to be closed when doing it.
A high closed in fence all the way round, but it would be the dust that it would make the mess and the flats would have that comimg at them, myself I think that is the way they will do it but half at a time to help stop all the mess it is going to make, the cost of taking and the time if it is done brick by brick I cannot see it being done that way.

I agree with Peter, having read somewhere there is a lot of asbestos in there I think it will have to be knocked down, although I would love to see it blown up.
Apart from anything else Gateway would have to have all their windows open, then either DDC or the company that blows Burlington House up would have to pay for cleaning all those flats and any other property in a fairly large area.

You could be right any Asbestos would have to be removed first before any work is done big cost goes with it .
Been on jobs in building and shipyards found it, job stoped all out till it is all removed.

No bricks in it, steel frame with reinforced concrete and asbestos. Needs to be done surgically, not like the Richborough cooling towers.
