Yes indeed we have a ghost Keef..he lurks in the shadows.
I am fond of that picture on the previous page. I am wondering whats the name of the chap on the left. Terry will know. I remember I was told before but the oul brain isnt remembering. Must make a note of it if I find out.

The ancient chap on the left is Brian Ward, used to knock around with Marilyn Monroe (Mercury two weeks ago). But I think he was smiling because he rather fancied Mary Graham who took the picture!

Congratulations Mark, how wonderful! The Doverforum team will certainly be coming over to see you there and we will be delighted to partake of your fine selection of wine
Great picture indeed over the page, such a happy pic! And what chap in their right mind wouldn't fancy the delectable Ms Graham!

Hard to believe that pic was taken 5 years ago, still miss seeing Mary around Dover.
Better ask our Jeane to investigate our ghostly forum member

All the best in your new business adventure Mark, it will be interesting to know what fine ales you will be serving, I'll be there to sample a pint or two
I remember that day, I also got a great shot of the cyclists speeding up the London Road en masse, which a few papers and others 'borrowed' without permission.
I wonder how Mary is getting on in her journalistic throes as a scribe, in Maidstone methinks

Mary is doing fine and is still reporting, she is on my face book page and from what I can see still as georgous as ever.I think she is in Thanet at the moment but will check with her.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

Ah! That was a great shot, I was lucky enough to capture it as they were going so fast, I'm sure the flag waving photo was one of yours PaulB.

Paid a flying visit on Friday evening - small but inviting, well kept ales with a convivial atmosphere. I wish Mark all the best with the venture and shall definitely be returning.

That cycle race was a bit like the torch is going to be, now you see it now you don't.

good to hear that mark is doing well, would imagine most of his clientele are from deal.
a cab fare back from dover is astronomical unless a couple go and one sticks to the soft drinks.
does anyone know what his opening hours are?
He has a website Howard from memory I think
shut Monday
12 to 2.30 then 5.30 to 21.30 the rest of the week
and lunchtime only on sunday
the website is
http://www.thejustreproach.co.uk/
and they have a facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Just-Reproach-Deals-Micropub/214290775307658?ref=ts
Hope that helps
