I remember when the Folkestone Road hub first started and the idea was to pump money in to aid integration amongst the local school children. From what I have been told this has not worked as it is only the children of immigrants using the facility. If this is still the case then surely it is just public money being wasted.

As I said Howard not very well advertised, but all children and there families are welcome, ethnic or other all welcome.
