the facilities in the eight bells and macd's are excellently maintained and spotlessly clean, they do not need attendants just someone going in now and again.
stand alone khasis are prey to low life persons and need manning permanently.

What happened was a very sad tragedy, there should be a no-mercy policy to drug-barons, those who earn millions organising drug-smuggling a la grande, those who get it smuggled in on the back of lorries and organise its processing and distribution to the dealers.
These people are responsible for the adiction and death of many young people, and they ought to be de-possessed of their evilly-earned riches and tossed into a stone prison for life! No-mercy and no-compasion!
Howard, you are probably right about those - I haven't been to either. I am just a bit cautious - closing one avenue down usually does mean that bad behaviour migrates, even with some precautions in place. Removing a venue doesn't remove the need or the behaviour.
