18:5177117Each club gets 40% of the revenue after all match day expenses have been taken out and 10% goes to the FA. We sold about half our allocation of tickets at Crabble today so i reckon they could be all gone by the weekend! the only way to be sat with the Dover supporters is to get your ticket from Crabble.

18:5577118who gets the remaining 10% paul?
much more fun sitting with the away supporters, keep quiet all through, then if your team scores, go ballistic.
a real treat to see the home supporters faces when they realise they have harboured an infidel.

19:3377122The other 10% goes to the fa.

20:2477126If Dover get 40% and Gillingham get 40% that is 80% and the FA get 10% that takes us to 90%, so...who gets the other 10%

22:1277153You are right Howard, the money is split three ways, well almost right because the tax man takes his bit as well. My point is though Vic, by getting your tickets at Crabble the club knows how many tickets they have sold to Dover fans. I suppose in the end it does not make much difference.

17:2777274a few years back there was a bit of a furore over gillingham fans, having visited their ground i have to say they had more than their fair share of neanderthals.
anyway peter crouch was getting a lot of stick from the terraces there about his appearance, after the game he said that he went to take a throw in, heard all these insults thrown at him, he turned round and described what he saw as "a collection of hillbillies".

21:3477734I went to The Priestfield to see Gills vs Leeds last season. There were about a twenty Leeds supporters scattered around me. No idea how they got the tickets, but most of them were ejected from the ground as soon as they cheered the Leeds goal. So be warned!!
It's not really worth the risk is it? I wouldn't be able to contain my partisan excitement/disappointment sitting with the 'wrong' fans.

21:5477739about 5 years back i was at a gillingham/west ham game, could not get a ticket from my club so bought one on their website.
the sheer joy i felt leaping alone from my seat when the only goal of the game went in amongst the throng of disconsolate faces made the trip worthwhile.
i felt like moses when he parted the red sea despite the moaning jews that said it couldn't be done.
