Wonder what happens if you refuse to give one of these enforcement officers your name and address. What can they really do if someone refuses, easy if you,re in a car they just get the reg number and get the details easily but what if you,re on foot?

That crossed my mind too, reminded of when the issue of anti social behaviour hit the headlines and politicians were saying that police should on the spot fines then march the miscreant down to the ATM. Assuming the "Herbert" had enough money in the account would they admit they had their card on them. Then of course they could type in the wrong P.I.N until the machine kept the card.

Good on the enforcement officer for slapping a fine on the litter thrower wish they would fine those who think its acceptable to spit in public.

I was walking up the high street this morning and saw one if our new eastern European chums hawk up and deposit a gold watch onto the pavement .... Charming bloody vile habit.

In Morrison's car park earlier a member of the public appeared to be walking away from an Enforcement officer. Something was said by the latter that made the former stop and turn around then both walked further into the car park, probably a litter thing again.

Ooooooh I heard that 3x Kingdom employees havem been pouncing on folk and staff at the Whitfield Tesco store easy money to be made I suppose. I'm all for environmental enforcement but detest councils outsourcing to these shoddy private firms
I also found out Bexley will be doing away with kingdoms services since the Panorama documentary

There was an old man from Darjeeling
Who boarded a bus bound for Ealing
He read on the door
"Please don’t spit on the floor"
So he stood up and spat on the ceiling

Am I indirectly paying for supermarket car parks to be kept litter-free, or did I miss something?

Well, I can see that there's a cross-over with responding to fly-tipping on the private land that's The Crypt, but I would've thought they'd have enough to do policing public land before bothering to police supermarket private land. I'd better make a start on the back garden it seems and the kids' bedrooms are a mess too.

Well that's just shooting fish in a barrel - some student accommodation, typically kitchens, is so environmentally sus that it's achieved SSSI status. But again, isn't this private land?
