Don't get me wrong, literacy isn't as important as integrity when it comes to making a decision. I can think of several councillors who are very intelligent and combine that with a strong work ethic and set of values.
I can also name several empty vessels that are as thick as mince that are a detriment to progress. - PatrickS

I think my favourite word leading into the New Year must be cynical when dealing with any group that is paid for by us the tax payers. They have such a gift at not telling the whole truth only giving us the part they think we might be happy with to keep us quiet.
