Tigers parachutist suffered several broken bones and head scarring. He is in a stable condition in Ashford hospital.

Thanks Kathy for the update, I hope he makes a speedy recovery with no long lasting effects.
I was told this morning that a motorcyclist was also injured so I hope the old saying of things happening in threes is wrong.

Dover Express posted online that he is stable with multiple fractures but stable in Ashford, so being kept locally can only be a good sign.
Been nice knowing you :)

The White Helmets guy just had an unfortunately collision with the fencing - could have been embrassing if he landed in the laps of the dignitaries !!

The parachutist was transferred to Kings Hospital in Londion with a broken leg, so I am reliably informed (one of the organisers there).
Jean and I and some friends went there last night and it was a good show, good organising, great bands and very well done Dover.
The white helmets were great performers, must take a lot of practice to do what they do - one fell off last night doing a quite complicated routine, but he just got back on his bike and carried on.
Well done to the organisers - the seating and stands all looked full-up, so well done on the ticket sales too.
