  Looks like the Evening Standard was right and the sun is shining on Dover.
  
  This was Dover wreathed in a fan of sunbeams approaching dusk a couple of days ago.

  Just read the article and it is good P R for Dover,I know I am always behind the times but someone at work saved it for me,It never rains in Dover but we have some really heavy sea mists.
  If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

  What it means is that CGI formerly China Gateway Properties has cancelled the sale of the their land at Farthingloe & the Western Heights for £5m to Dover Gateway Ltd (a company 40% owned by CGI & 60% by Priory Land Ltd) pocketing the £500k deposit from Priory Land.
  
  My guess from this site http://thanetstrife.blogspot.com/2010/03/tough-recession-for-china-gateway.html& the CGI accounts (a loss of £940k for the 6 months to May 2010) is that the £500k will come in handy.
