theres so much we agree on, and your correct on the side as iv said in previous posts i will always be there whatever the league like the 500(hopefully soon they will be higher)

he's correct he has to be positive, but he also cant allow players not to play.
the club is as you say andrew downbeat at the mo
but needs a heart to heart players(all of them, the board etc)all in a room
manager has to also recognise maybe the club has reached it's destination
its not a problem and he has to as a manager be positive and talk up the club, but just bringing a bit of reality to it.

MY opinion is that we are are not ready to go up, we need to stay as high as we can to end the season and then the Manger can select his own players and get rid of those he does not want as most are just on a one year contract.
