Today is the day that the mighty whites take on Eastleigh in the second leg of the playoffs.
Having got a fantastic 3-1 away leg win dover is well set up to go into the final.
I hope to see a big crowd at crabble, but also many of you supporting something positive in Dover.

I know quite a few non regulars are coming out to watch this one so hopefully it is going to be a big crowd, just hope we have lost the ability to freeze in the big home matches.

I have the tummy rumbles, just hope we go at them and not sit back defending what we have.
COYW finish them off.

If we sit back Harry we are doomed, not sure if you went Tuesday but they launched high balls into the box at every opportunity and really put us under pressure, we need to get the first goal today and put the pressure on them.

Im sure Chris will have them geared up,
They have improved at home, and if they dont keep playing high balls or keep giving the ball away, and keep there cool as it could be a testing physical game all will be great.

After Tuesday it will certainly be physical Keith, their manager is a nutter and the team ape him!

I was working tuesday wish i had been there,
but i will be there today, will give an unbiased account
but Dover players at times get involved in scuffles they dont need to
that would/could be a disaster today
best to steer clear.

I learned a long time ago Vic there is nothing I can do that will change the outcome of games, lucky socks etc, get up there and hopefully enjoy a big day for DAFC,we sit through enough bad ones, whatever the result it will be down to what happens on the pitch.

Well been going up to Dover off and on from the late 1940s or around there, never seen one match going to penaltys,Dover was not the best side on the day lost the match 0.2 but made up for it on the penalties and yes I was there till the very end.

4-2 on pens Brian

a rollercoaster of emotions from the lowest point, when they equalised with virtually the last kick of the match to the highest, when Mitch Walker save their 4th penalty to put us through, the ground erupted.

Dover were not good today, And Eastleigh if we are honest should have won, only some poor finishing stopped them going through, the second half the camped out in the Dover half.
The goalkeeper/full back made a complete hash of the eastleigh second goal.
But as martin said the keeper made up for it with the penalty saves
