Its almost with us and so is the PMC party! This year we have live music from Colin and his team so whilst Dover all forumites are welcome I would ask if you could let me know if you are coming so that we can cater and also so we can keep the numbers to a level that means we dont have to lean out the upstairs window.
I know that Paul,Marek,Jan, Collette,Ian, Roger and Guzzler and their respective teams have said yes but I would hate to run out of food and drink. BTW this year we are also not going to have a BBQ for speed, space and safety reasons but I have got a new awning as the last one ended up three doors away after one storm!
I have arranged good weather...

Put us down for it David!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey David
I am surprised you don't enter your own float with your following for carnival I am sure you would all have a great time being involved instead of watching
We are hoping for a good turnout because of the later time, hopefully it wont affect us too much, though we have had some of our regular entrants pull out because of the start time and expected finish time.
But with everything if at first you dont succeed, try try again, and believe me we are very trying
Hope to see you all on the day.
Love
Terri x

Age Concern are still entering a float.
For many years I did a float for the chamber of commerce and appreciate the planning and hard work that goes into it. Nowadays I maintain my support from a chair and with a glass in my hand. I have enough to keep me busy the rest of the day and look forward to seeing the spectacle from a safe spot with a toilet thats open!
lol

Cant you come Jeanne?

David, you are spoiling me. Not only is there a carnival to celebrate my birthday but now a party as well.

What time is the kick off Mr H.
Ian...
grass grows by the inches but dies by the feet.
4 til 7pm - so we can watch dr who!!!!
Well I am up. Got the girls all arriving around 7am for hair to be done.
Weather has said it will be okay by 1pm, so happy there.
Kinda missed celebrating my birthday yesterday with so much stuff to do, I never even got my caterpillar cake out of it's box lololol
I am sure the DCAL girlies will celebrate with me tonight.
Today will hopefully be a great day, sadly No Millennium Allstars this year guys, the 6pm start time and later finish was just not good for them having to travel such a huge distance, and then having to compete the next day.
Unless you are outside the town hall I probably won't see many of you as I have to be down in River sending out the parade, but David I hope your party goes really well.
For some reason I have always imagined you as a PIMMS man. Forgive me it's early.
Enjoy the parade peeps. I hope we have done enough to make you proud.
Luv Mand x
Good Luck
I have arranged sunny weather as promised.
We will have a good day. Linda and I are up to our arms in baking bread, baked potatoes and onions at the moment.
Thank you Guzzler for the lovely beer.
See you all later.

David, so who (or what) is the good doctor going to regenerate into then??????
I have a hope that its james Nesbit. mind you it could be his daughter - she was fit!
I have refused the role for political reasons! However I am keeping my sonic screwdriver ready.

Doctors daughter goes off in a spaceship not a Tardis, do we smell a spin-off series?
