If this is to get votes on ukip forget it, its the lowest of the low to attack others. I will read the express tomorrow and give my verdict.. However, it will not change my views of certain people.
Politicians should not slaying other Politicians, its demonstrating DISRESPECT, SELFHISHNESS, EGOISM, DISHONESTY, POWERGRABBING, name it ALL...
Young People supposed to look up at these People called politicians!! Now this is so wrong.
Where are the proper Politicians who are proper People magnets ??? Who are talking to the People with heart understanding and determination to make things right for the majority of people?
I miss that very much!!!

This thread is NOT about politics it IS about certain people being nasty and rude to a man who has given a lot to Dover and cares passionately about our town. At his age he deserves respect not ridicule.
Vic your sense of humour is great, you have the ability to laugh at yourself and that's why so many of us like you. Please don't stop posting.
Sorry to keep on about this but bullying is one of my pet hates, be it to a child or an adult.

David I wasn't talking about physical bullying as you well know. With regard to age - Vic is actually older than Peter.
Verbal bullying can be just as distressing.

OK then - I apologise. I just hate it when someone gets bullied like Vic is at the moment.
I do think though David, that the matter should be sorted out in private between the parties concerned and not on an open forum or the local press. Do you agree with me on that one?

Sorry but I just login to read about Dover.
But I think I know what is going to come out next.
At the time I did over react and said sorry for doing it on the forum.
What happen was that when UKIP was in the town the other week mywife and myself was walking up the town and Mr Ripley was coming the other way and as we pass all he said was hello Vic .
After all we have know each other for some years anyway ,but after what he and Mr little have been saying about me holding funds and even one of them saying on the forum that I put it in one of my iser which is untrue .
Anyway I did go off on one and I did say things to him which was out of order and I have a bad habit when talking of waving my stick about but I am sorry it happen even my own wife said after I must stop waving my stick about and do not do it anymore.
I will say that Mr RIPLEY did act the gentleman about it at the time.
I even went down to Mr Little office only a few days ago to try and talk it over with him and try to end it all but sorry to say he was not in I did aske the person there to get him to ring me back but that did not happen.
So again yes I was out of order that morning it was not a case of any bulling just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time for both of us. Thank you.

Jacqui, I know it was not your intention but your comments about bullying made me smile, especially when I think of the times in the past when you were quite unpleasant in your posts that concerned Vic.

I think now is the time to draw aline under all this and move away from it.
I think hearing all what members have said about the issue has been very fair to both sides and it has helped by bring it all out in the open.
Like I done that Saturday morning what we all read in the paper was said at the heat of the moment and we put it all behind us and get on with our own lifes.
As for myself it is the end of the line I will not be standing or taking part in any Elections.
As this very time I am doing things and taking a small part in helping out on projects which I am very happy with.
I said this some time ago anyway I will not be posting so much just because I have not much to say or post about anymore and I think you have put up with me for years and my habet of winding members up just for fun.
So folks thank you and good night and well done Dover I done what I was told to do and that is to stay away from the match ,and that will give Dover a win and it did.(Ha)
