When these zero-tolerance people start here, I hope they will be working shifts and be up and around from early morning and late evening catching the offenders: fly-tippers, rubbish and litter droppers, dog-poo etc. etc.
Vic is right that the rubbish is caused by the public and we seem to get too many people who don't give a toss about the state of where they live or their local community and just seem bent on making it worse, bringing it down to their level.
I've put similar comments on the Malvern Road thread.

yes the comments on society is correct
but it won't change until major changes on how the family unit operates,
give police power to be respected
give teachers the saME
do away with this compensation culture

I have always been saying the same, i don't jump shipo to other parties like some on here, my view remains the same
