07:4671795Gosh that really is a cracker Scotchie...and the other shots are excellent too. I'll have to get polishing my lens so I can keep up with you guys. Makes me glad we made the pictures reproduce that bit larger on here. Its much better.
Might be needing that one for the frontpage. I can see those jet streams from my window, they are always good for a shot or two this time of year. But hard to get one that good.

17:4471862brillian idea susan, must be someone amongst us that has the talent to know how to go about it.
my first thought would be paul(scotchie) as he has jointly published a book, we have an advertiser that is a printing company too.

17:4871864There are plenty of online companies that will do it if you can't find a local one, and often they are cheaper as you do all the design work by uploading your images into a template.

18:0271867A great picture there from Matt also. Funnily enough, I was in Waterstone`s over Canterbury this afternoon looking for a new book, and came across two on cloud formation`s, and some of the photograph`s in there are astounding!

18:2071871Stunning pictures, I have taken many family and holiday pictures over the years and obviously they bring back happy memories but these are quality scenes for all to enjoy. Would make great calendar..

08:5871956Well done Ray..nice shot there, youve got the hang of the uploading..
I will add one in a moment taken a couple of hours ago this morning through my steamed up window. Didnt open the window..yes here we are...
The mist on the window breaks up the colour...Im hoping nobody notices how badly in need of a wipeover are my windows. The rain will take care of it !!

07:3172550What a beautiful thread, a pleasure to follow. Has anything come of the great idea to create a calendar for a good cause? These photos, and some on other threads, are fab. I like the idea of a Dover Forum Calendar for the Hospice.

08:3772559I thought this was an idea that would catch on .We have a good selection of pictures and Paul B you must have contacts who would compile and print .Between us all we could sell them.No doubt would need to advise THe Hospice .We could just say sold in aid of Charity .With my dear friend Roger having spent a futrther three weeks in Pigrims Hospice I wanted to do something .
For those of you who dont know Cllr Roger Frayne he is in the Whos Whos pictured with me and Cllr Walkeden .

09:2972563Excellent idea. If we could get it sorted before Christmas they would make good Christmas presents too.
How nice to have a happy positive thread for a change, love it!

There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".
