  I think Dave P is playing clever by not predicting an overwhelming yes vote ( wont look daft if he dosnt get one )
  I expect that a yes vote will be the majority but also expect a very small turnout / return from members .
  Followed by legal disputes from employers questioning the validity of the result verus percentage of members who returned a vote
