We had the poll tax riots
but maybe we need a more peaceful protest
many areas don't receive a lot of the services yet pay high council tax somethings wrong

And businesses pay the most through VAT, employer NICs and business rates yet receive hardly anything back.

So shouldn't residents in areas that don't get a lot of the services get a reduced council tax?
