just to say shepway has a total ban on alcohol in public places throughout shepway
and regular breakers of this police are seen tipping the alcohol away

i have seen officers confiscate alcohol in pencester gardens, not recently though.

point i was making howard was all of shepway is alcohol free and is on a regular enforcement
where as dover only has a few places
so the police first have to see if they are in a no alcohol area
why not make it all dover
