  We've also got two harbour entrances, between breakwater and each of the outer piers.
  Then there are two keeps at the Castle.
  Two Downs, the North and the South, each starting at Dover.
  So on the whole, two carnival associations are quite normal for Dover. It means celebrating Lent twice.
