Whitfield Hill closed due to an accident.
Mum said not a lot was heading down Archers Court road,
Normally all i can hear is the gentle whoosh of traffic as it goes past my house , so far I have only heard 3 cars in an hour..
I wont be heading down to the shop at all
And to top it all, i am such a mean wife, I sent my husband to walk to work at 4.30am today.... ohh i am mean!

I have only noticed one car go along Salisbury Road this morning, I doubt that the dustman will appear this morning.

Side roads here in Hawkinge are very icy. Saw a plough and gritter zoom along my road yesterday with the plough up and no grit being spread. Spitfire way is open. I was thinking of making my way to work this morning but not sure my car will manage on the icy side roads out of Hawkinge and temple Ewell. Rear wheel drive and being an automatic. It's looking a bit foggy up here now
