looks a good line up with the street entertainment and festive workshops.
no reindeer mentioned though, word of brian's reputation must have spread.

For those of you who want to see a young girl singing with talent Jade is at the Market Sq at 2pm and she is one of the ladies who can sing at the Riverside Centre, watch also for the Bettsteiner Oompah band around the same time and later outside St Mary's Church.Howard I have a trombone lined up for you to show us your musical talent.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

might take you up on that john will have to contact my backing group - ray with his banjo, keith with the spoons and of course brian with his tuneless whistle.

the weather forecast for tomorrow is appalling but there are plenty of things happening indoors or under cover.
the museum has a family day free for all between 10 and 4 and we have the book signing in the discovery centre between 11 and 3.

Why it's going to be like a, er, winter wonderland but, but, but won't the tree block out the television?
Oh the horror.

The Morris men were gathering at the Eight Bells when I went past shortly after 11.00 and the Dover Court ladies were near M&S, a really miserable day for all those connected with the switch on celebrations.

I feel so sorry for them all,all the work and time seting it up only for it to rain hard, but in England we are a hardy lot and I feel the young will be out there dancing and singing later on.
