Surely a simple law could be drafted that says if it is sold in this country the appropriate tax is payable in this country and never mind where the company is registered.

spoke to charlie on sunday,wasnt in box then,but did have a string of french garlic around his neck, and a ash steak and hammer that was made in denmark.
