Looks good inside,i might be tempted to try it again.I used to be a regular user.I think it might be the same people re-opening it who had the second hand shop there.

I would think that any buyer would apply for planning permission to convert into flats.

The building is in quite a sorry state,probably easier to demolish and start again.

It was in a bad state last time it was a working cafe and now looks in a terrible state.
