Cafe on end of pier
- 29 June 2011 12:00112361Does anyone know if the railway lines to the Eastern Docks are still buried under the tarmac on the seafront? If so it might not be too hard a job to expose them for running a train on.

- 29 June 2011 12:24112369Saw some pictures of the old cafe/restaurant on the pier recently. It was long gone before I moved here. Looked fantastic, what a wonderful place it must have been to eat. Such a shame the new one lacks character.
Got to say I never use the new one. Sitting outside the kiosks on the seafront is much more appealing. The outdoor seating area on the pier is surrounded by Walls!
