 Couple of years ago spent day in Ambulance allocation centre in Kent. Using TomTom info. Nope. Using Google Traffic. Nope...

 No real-time updates. Best they could do was shift resources towards historic accident spots (Work ends. loadsa traffic. People bump into each other. Park up by M2)
