20:1088622This initiative IS for small companies, medium ones and large companies too - all sizes will benefit.
Apprenticeships are the goal for many of the young people and the diversity of apprenticeships is huge, so will benefit many of them.
Vic has offered his services as a teacher on welding, which has been welcomed, many other trades are being taught too.
Supported well, this can only be a winner for everyone.
