It may be two artists working on a piece, that sometimes happen when one does maybe the outline and highlighting and the other does different parts of the design. Looking at it I'd say it's pretty professional work.

we hardly get that problem in dover.
that subway comes out at the saga offices, the photo i put up shows about a quarter of the subway, too dark for pics.
it reminded me of one of those no go areas in an american city on its uppers.
