Seriously though, the guy is presumed innocent until proven otherwise. The court of public opinion (aka the Daily Mail) cannot convict, jail or hang anyone and any reader of this website, or the aforementioned journal, may be called to the jury.
Now, where was the heating control?

all through the trial the jurors will be getting advice from their facebook friends and tweets on their mobiles.
with a straight face the judge will tell them to take no notice of the press and internet.

A comment on here is hardly likely to sway either way the evidence that a juror may hear in court, I very much doubt anyone from this area will be a juror.
