don't think it will be this time brian.
this has been on the cards for many years, the iranian regime is probably the most dangerous on earth, this would be the first honest war tht we have been involved in recently.

What a strange choice of words " an honest war", if there was no oil would we still take an interest.
I hope we keep out of it we are not the worlds police and we have had our fair share in the last few years.

I have spent time in a school playground and I know how this stuff 'works'. It has long been the very corner-stone of growth in the economies of many nations.
It's little wonder too, where the thugs of the street get their justification. We humans are indeed cut from the same cloth, not a lot of stitching goes on here and there though and some places the stitching is entirely ornamental.
Any and all thugs get their justification from the supposed defence arrangements of their targets.

a vary correct choice of words in my view, normally we talk of getting rid of dictators and bringing democracy.
this time the country in question is the most dangerous of all with a president who has made it clear that he would like to wipe israel off of the face of the earth.

He should be anyway.

Howard. Have you no words of your own?
I have read through this article and ten of the comments made about it. Why not try the same thing?...

the experts in nuclear matters all insist that iran has been developing weapons for some time and there is little doubt that the regime there would not hesitate to use them.

America, China, Great Britain, France. Israel, South Africa, Pakistan, India, Russia (and who knows how many former Soviet Union countries), North Korea and possibly others all have these suicidal weapons of mass murder. Is the West determined to keep attacking until one of them is stupid enough to use them?
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

no experts in weaponry said that iraq had nuclear weapons, the evidence was concocted as has been proven.
