13:2573816Actually Peter in respect of the cancer one it is not subject to that review as the NHS is not included.
I have the Conference on in the background as I work and heard Lansley announce only 5 minutes ago that the cancer drug fund was active and in place from the 1st October - thats 7 months earlier than was promised in the election. 2,000 people in all are expected to benefit this year.
