Strange how what we always referred to as Buckland Post Office is named Crabble PO. When the Mill opposite was always known as Buckland Mill and stands on Crabble Hill, yet the PO is in Buckland Avenue, I also recall we would always refer to getting a bus from the Buckland Stop regardless of whether it was in in Crabble Hill or Whitfield Avenue - strange old world!
