I think that should read Dover beat them up there or isn't Vic a Dover Athletic supporter. I do not mind which team we get so long as Dover make plenty of money out of it and win.

The club website says that they are awaiting confirmation from third parties including the safety advisory group before they can make an announcement about ticket prices for the tie against Palace. Maybe it will be switched to Selhurst Park?

Tickets £20 or £25 to sit, no concessions.
Shame that Palace fans will get more tickets than Dover fans.

How wrong was I when I said the Dover manger should go after just the first six match,s again they won on Saturday even down to ten men and no goal keeper so they are off again on a cup run this time the FA Trophy .
As I said I was very wrong in saying we needed a new manger they are having the best year the cub have ever had so well done to the team and the manger and the die hard supporters that go to home and away match,s.

Dover is no different to most other places times have changed.I was born and brought up in West ham and In the 60's there were 12 cinemas endless pubs and cafes but television came in then went to colour l;eaving the area with one cinema.
Dance halls were the way to meet members of the opposite sex but that all changed with pubs having rock bands playing,
Yes there were jobs for everyone with many of us moving around on a regular basis, "down the road for a pound" was the term.
Unfortunately casual labour decreased with the advent of the JCB digger and other machinery, farm workers will testify to that.
