  it was desperately important to hold that meeting and no surprise that the useless migrant helpline failed to show, there representative attended a meeting of the reconstituted priory forum a few years back, one of those with all the chat but no desire to help sort out problems.
  
  getting back to the comments made by the high commissioner for refugees he calls for anyone entering the country to have equal housing rights with the indigenous population. clearly in his ivory tower he doesn't know that we have a long waiting list for social housing and that many recent immigrants are housed in garden sheds, outhouses and garages.
