  One of Ms Blair's little helpers came knocking on my door yesterday. She was not from the district.
  
  I suggested, half tongue in cheek, that Corbyn was a front for those hoping to overthrow capitalism.
  
  She said 'and what's wrong with that'.
  
  I pointed out that socialism had killed millions over the years whereas capitalism had brought more people out of poverty worldwide over the past 20 years than foreign aid ever had.
  
  She said socialism had never been tried properly and I should be thinking more of Cuba than Russia.
  
  I explained that my daughter had been in Cuba last month and told her that Cubans are rejoicing in the fact the Raul Castro is starting to introduce a market economy and people can start to improve their lot.
  
  Perhaps she marked me down as a 'possible'?
