    Let's hope we are looking to a 'dull' council delivering good services at a reasonable price to council tax payers offering 'value for money', and leaving Grands Projets to those who understand and can deliver them.

    Local councils have a history of diving into mad vanity projects which at best 'break even' and where the only people who get anything out of them are the inevitable 'consultants' with their glossy brochures and PowerPoint presentations.

    I'm only surprised the silly buggers have not thought about investing all our reserves in BitCoin.
