'why hasn't Robinson's book been challenged by more experts, and why hasn't he been challenged by the different Islamic UK scholars?'

Probably because Robinson and his co-author aren't Islamic scholars and their book, rather than being an attempt at exegesis, is a (poorly written) political tract. If you wanted to know how to build a garden shed you wouldn't ask Delia Smith, would you?

'why do most Islamic countries carry out Islamic law, in the version that Robinson is describing in his book ?'

Surely it's not a revelation that Islamic countries exercise Islamic law.

'they are treating females like second class citizens, they are mistreating homosexuals, some are practising sex with a lower age limit'

None of the above are exclusive to Islamic countries.

'is this so-called religion compactable with the west?'

It is a religion, sure enough, an Abrahamic one, just like Christianity and Judaism. I'm sure that its more extreme forms are incompatible with many western laws and practices, just like extreme forms of other religions.

'and remember it's not only Robinson claiming this stuff?'

Anyone with a curious intelligence doesn't need to be led by the nose by Robinson or anyone else.

'Even Winston churchel was warning us about Islam, and now ironically we can now be prosecuted by a Tory government for repeating churchels words on Islam??'

Churchill's views on Islam are not easily captured in a soundbite; besides, they changed over time (e.g. he approved and backed the building of the Regent's Park mosque). If it's Paul Weston you're referring to, he was arrested but not prosecuted.
