Actually Barry, the only "con-trick" doing the rounds at the moment is the conservative assertion that our only hope of leaving the EU is to elect your party in order to get a referendum. However, whilst that may well be the case, we all know that if and when a referendum did in fact materialise it would be preceded by Dave and his cabinet chums spending God knows how much of taxpayers money in a brainwashing attempt to "educate and suitably inform" the population as to the catastrophy awaiting the country should we be so stupid as to vote to leave.
In order to back up Cameron`s stance he will also no doubt be given a few meaningless throw away concessions by the EU which will prove, according to him, that his "renegotiations" have been a complete success and a better deal obtained for the UK. This will be absolute rubbish of course and a lie of the highest order.
Any such referendum is therefore utterly pointless and not worth the bother, apart from Dave being able to tell us that he was, after all, a man of his word and kept his promise in giving us a say.
People are continuing in numbers to join UKIP simply because either your party or labour have lost all of their credibility. The electorate have at last woken up to the lies and deceit. A good point being Cameron`s very recent statement on the BBC`s "Today" programme that he had actually managed to cut the EU spending budget. Totally untrue, which proves that he`s either a complete and utter fool or a bare faced liar, it has to be one of those!
Still, there`s a saying isn`t there........"you can fool some of the people some of the time" etc., etc!
