(2)Let you, rthe people ,decide major planning--schemes like supermarkets by referendum.
(3)Grant no right of appeal from the people,s --decisions on planning schemes.
(4)Introduce election for county health.-- education and police boards.
(5)Expect your councillors to put the people,s --needs first,ahead of party dogmas.
(6)Make councils,schools,police,hospitals, --planning and social care put local people first.
(7)Keep central goverment out of local government.
(8)Abolish regional government.
(9)Restore our ancient county, borough and ,parish councils.
(10)Let councils control their own finances by --keeping half of local business rates.
(11)REplace VAT with a local Sales Tax,with a --proportion going direct to councils.
Well there is alot to think about with that lot.
