    Still eveading answering the question as to why you aren't standing as a UKIP candidate while you are promoting their policies.

    Your answer that you gave the reason weeks ago is buried somewhere in your numerous posts and was given before your nominations as an independent were formally accepted.

    Please repeat the reason here for the benefit of clarity, I would like to know if one of the councillors responsible for the spending of the parish precept to which I contribute is a UKIP representative by stealth.
