That is a very intelligent point from the UKIP Party:
there are 970,000 empty houses in Britain, and Dover, as we all know, has hundreds of empty houses, not to mention Deal and the whole district.
And DDC and Canterbury are planning to build thousands and thousands of new houses for people who do not live here.
Something to do with attracting points!
With almost a million empty houses, Britain does not need any new urban development schemes, and obviously UKIP stands for this common-sense policy.
Charlie Elphicke in his blog also states the equivalent, and is known to be against the weird DDC plans to inundate Dover with tens of thousands of setlers, but the May elections will hopefully make clear that the Tories in DDC do not represent Tory policy, but a points-based agenda stemming from the ex-Labour government!
