    Planning for our green and pleasant land.


    To put the people in charge of the decisions that affect our countryside, We Will.

    (1)Put people,s wishes above central government--and big business with planning referenda.

    (2)Ban new windfarms and subject existing ones to --democratic local planning procedures. I must say I do not agree with this one.

    (3)Protect with new Conservators.
    (4)Annul the Localism Bill,s right to build on--green belt.
    (5)Direct new housing and business developmernts--to brown-field, not green-field,sites.
    (4)Build new nuclear and clean-coal power plants--to secureour energy supply.
    (5)Use existing house more efficiently by --encouraging rentals.

    To pay for these commitments, We Will

    (1)Clse the Climate Change Department, saving --up to £18billion a year.
    (2)End wasteful EUand UK subsidies to ugly,--cost-ineffective"renewable energy"scams,
    (3)Stop all payments to the IPCC and other UN---climate-related agencies.
