    I am just amazingly confused at what Police, NHS, immigration, etc, etc, etc have to do with Local Governments - sure they can give a view about them but has no overall control over them ???

    Surely you can just direct people to a link on the interenet for a manifesto rather than type it all up or are UKIP that far behind the times ??
