Iam still carrying on writing the manifesto out,so more later on,better then the TV .But as I said I am still chairman of UKIP in Dover and a paid up member of the party.By standing on my own, it has saved me alot of paper work,if I had been standing for UKIP or like I am now,it is still me Vic Matcham and I would still say what I am saying ,so does it matter ,it is a (NO) to that,if you support this manifesto or UKIP or just me then vote for Vic MATCHAM.
