Also there should be no one person as head of a branch it is the members that vote in a committee and a chairman, the chairman is NOT the leader at the AGM they are revoted in or out by the members the chairperson has a casting vote and keeps order at a meeting that that is all.
Post 38 you know only to well that the branch in Dover was very good with membership going up but then we had two committee members died and they were very good at what they done the only reason the branch closed was I could not find a replacement for them.
