    After a 2 year battle my daughter-in-law won her disability case via the courts after a short hearing but still has not received her back payments because they only backdated one year she is still having to haggle with the benefits lot. Luckily my son has a good job even so their savings have almost gone and they now only have one car which they have to share so D I L is often housebound.
