Let's look on the bright side.

The election results should not be seen as all doom and gloom........... just look at some of the positives:-

    1. It replaced the daily conversations about the weather.
    2. The young found a new, non digital, game to amuse themselves.
    3. The oldies were able to re-enact Custers last stand.
    4. It allowed the bickering and infighting to continue between the political parties.
    5. It muzzled The Cranky and her aspirations.......temporarily.
    6. It produced a more dominant Pride in Scottish politics.
    7. It could create a new beginning for DUP/IRA 'relations.' ( Don't forget to check under your car before you get in it).
    8. It will ensure that the EU members get the best possible Brexit deal.
    9. It will leave an open Irish border to welcome other 'less fortunates' from around the world.....
    10. It confirms 'mayday' as a good choice for a distress signal.
    11. Provides good odds for another election chance this year.
    12. Those of a 'certain age' will not be around to experience the fallout (nuclear or otherwise).
    13. The election could be made an annual event with an extra day off to celebrate.

............off to try on a new suit!!
