Howard ,I'm surprised at your comments .I agree with Jan ,there has always been office banter and the odd touching of a knee ,however no woman in her right mind would go into a hotel bedroom with a chap and be shocked when he tries it on .Stupid woman ,anyway you would have reported it .The old knee where it hurts comes to mind .Papers gone mad

I wonder how much of the behaviour is caused by the cheap booze we subsidise in the various bars in Parliament? Michael Fallon is described as a drunk on the leaked document and it has been reported in many places by his friends that he becomes a Jekyll and Hyde character when on the sauce.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of sleazebags on both sides of the political divide. Fallon took "one for the team" because May can't afford to suspend him as a result of her shortcomings in the majority department. If only half of the rumours about Fallon are true then he deserved to go anyway, regardless of whether the complainants were willing to come forward or not.

The problem is that historical minor abuse, when attitudes by most men and women were completely different, are now deemed important by those with an agenda.
Unless a really serious sexual assault only wrongdoings within the last five or maybe ten years should count, touching a knee is not an assault a pinched bum or worse definitely is, as is breast touching as I described earlier.
