Serious question. Is there any 'problem' brought up on the forum which can't be solved by even more spending of money which we do not have?

As for increased school population I wonder where that's all coming from? Possibly something to do with the extra third of a million people a year we have been been 'inviting' into our country over the past few decades to sell each other coffee and boost the all important GDP?

One only has to look at Dover district, which has a low immigrant population, and where in 2014-15 roughly 400 people died and 200 were born, to see where the pressure on our services, schools, housing, health etc are really coming from.
