  Forget any hotlines Keith these are seriously nasty people who let it be known that workers have families back home who will suffer if they blow the whistle. Various newspapers have tried to interview agricultural labourers living in overcrowded caravans on site with no modern facilities but drawn a blank. the same would apply to construction workers.
