germany and others offer much more generous benefits and mrs merkel and mr hollande are also saying that any new incomers will not be in receipt of same.
the french have an id card system that doesn't appeal to some.

answer in post 7 keith, add to that mrs merkel is drafting a new bill in germany to discourage benefit tourism, holland and austria are planning something similar.
